The cDNA fragment was inserted at the NotI-EcoRV site
of the pBluescript II SK(+) vector (GenBank Accession No.
X52328, AmpR). The cDNA was cloned into the vector in the 
direction of SacI site to KpnI site of the vector. The NotI 
sites at the both 5'- and 3'-end of the cDNA were 
disrupted by the vector ligation.
