The cDNA fragment was originally inserted at the EcoRV-NotI site
of the pBluescript II SK(+) vector (GenBank Accession No. X52328) 
without using any linker or adapter and its SalI-NotI fragment was 
inserted at the SalI-NotI site of the pYO326GW (Amp-r) vector. Original 
pYO326 shuttle vector (Amp-r) was kindly provided by 
Y. Ohya (University of Tokyo).
