A. Description of field identifiers:
The following "field identifiers" can be chosen from the
pull-down menue and be used with specified values (for usage examples, see
below).

B. Notes for some field identifiers:
Pfam : PF PRINTS : PR ProDom : PD SMART : SM PROSITE, Profile : PSSo if you need to search for HUGE entries containing any domains defined in Pfam database, please enter "PF" and select [InterProScan]. When you want to know entries containing "kinase" motif in any databases, just enter "kinase" and select [InterProScan]. The search result will provide you the entries that contain the "kinase" motif when they match to the motif in at least one of the databases. If you want to know the entries containing any motif in any database, just put in "IPR" and select [InterProScan].
